For this one to two-page assignment, you will write a well-organized letter of complaint to either a real person/company OR respond to an imaginary scenario. Pay close attention to tone, diction, and evidence. This letter should be organized into easy-to-read paragraphs — NOT ONE BIG BLOB. Include detailed information so your reader understands why you are upset and exactly what you want as far as compensation. Also, be sure to address this letter to a specific person and address him/her with the appropriate title.
